Miss Molly Bradberry Passes Away Monday At Home Of Sister
Miss Molly Bradberry passed away Sunday December 9th at the home of her sister, Mrs. J. W. Richardson in Chriesman.
Miss Molly was born May 14, 1874 in Mississippi. Her parents moved to Bell County when she was quite young and during her childhood she joined the Baptist Church. In 1886 the family came to Burleson County and later for a period of time lived in Lee County. Miss Molly has been making her home with her sister, Mrs. Richardson, at Chriesman for about eighteen months. She was 77 years, six months and twenty-five days old at the time of her death.
Surviving besides her sister is a brother Iva Bradberry of LaMonte, Calif. and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at the Phillips-Luckey Funeral Chapel Monday afternoon at 3 o'clock with Rev. A. S. Broaddus officiating. Burial was in the Chriesman cemetery with Leonard Kornegay, Horace Kornegay, Jess Dean, Ed Marek, Ben Boehman and Grove Key serving as pall bearers.
