ALLEN FLINDERS
Vanceburg, Ky. - Allen Kenneth Flinders, 57, of Vanceburg, died Friday at his home after suffering a heart attack. He was a native of Lewis County.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Avis Smith Flinders; 14 children, Mrs. Beatrice Polley, Wayne Flinders, Harlan Flinders, Mrs. Linda Polley, Mrs. Lori Wright, all of Vanceburg, Mrs. Carolyn Underwood of Rectorville, Ky., Mrs. Evelyn Bare of Maysville, and Mrs. Brenda Wright, Lynn, Glenn, Mary, Lillie, Billie and Jerry Flinders, all at home; and a sister, Mrs. Lorene Stevenson of Vanceburg.
Funeral services are to be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Dickerson Funeral Home. Burial is to be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 tonight.
