It is with great sadness that I find myself writing my big brother's memorial. He passed away peacefully in his sleep, just after mid day today.
Thankfully, the hospital, where he had been since February 2017, rang early enough after he took a turn for the worst over night, which gave just enough time for us to tell his best friend, who lives nearby and so he was able to visit, and through his mobile, I was able to chat to Michael, even though he was too weak to reply.
He is now reunited with his much loved wife Mary, and our beloved Mum & Dad.
He is survived by his little sister Kris, brother in law Steve,
Nephew Charlton and nieces Charmian & Kirby.
His best friend Chris.
The staff and fellow residents of Seven Springs Cheshire Home, Tunbridge Wells.
He will also be missed by all who knew him, he touched the lives of many. He would sit out in all weathers in his wheel chair, on the main road outside his home, watching the traffic.
Other than Mary, the two other loves of his life, were cars & lorries, and Arsenal FC.
I will leave a fuller memorial at a later date.

9 May 2017 update.
Thank you everyone for your wonderful tokens you have been leaving my dear brother. I've tried to thank you all personally, but if I've not been in touch, please accept my apologies. Having rather a bad experience with the hospital, as they agree that an autopsy needs to be done, but no one will take responsibility to perform one! So it could be a long drawn out thing, whereby I will have to wait until June or July before we have his funeral. I know he is in a better place, and I know he's giving me the strength to fight for his rights. But it is very emotionally draining. So your continued support dear friends means a lot to me!

8 July 2017 update.
At last we have a date for Michael's funeral......31 July 2017.
Many thanks everyone for your love & support all these weeks
