Edwin C. "Zeke" Allison, 79, passed away January 31, 2007. He was a native of Jarratt, Va.

Surviving are two daughters, Dr. Gail Ann Allison of Annandale, Va., and Ms. Joan M. Allison of Norfolk; one son, Edwin C. Allison (Valerie) of Chesapeake; two grandchildren, Davin and Emily G. Allison; other relatives and friends.

The family received friends at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., Richmond, where the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. Omega services were held. A funeral was held at St. Philip's Episcopal Church, 2900 Hanes Ave. with Father Alonzo Puritt officiating.

Interment: Mt. Olivet Cemetery
