Mrs. Nannie Stewart, aged 78, passed away suddenly Saturday night at six o'clock at her residence, 1815 Seventh Avenue S. of a heart attack.
Mrs. Stewart was engaged in household duties when she became ill and expired within a short time.
Prayer services will be conducted at the residence of a sister, Mrs. J.R. Gray, 617 Third Avenue, west, this afternoon at one o'clock by Rev. L.J. Kaylor. The funeral procession then will go to Morris Chapel, in Lawrence County, where concluding services will be conducted by Rev. Al Harris. Interment there will be directed by Brown.
Mrs. Stewart is survived by one sister, Mrs. Gray and a number of nieces and nephews.

She was the daughter of John Berry and Harriett McCluskey and the wife of Sam Stewart.
