"Christine Adkins Wasbotten, 86, originally of Duluth, Minn., passed away on Sunday, April 9th, 2017, at her home in Peshtigo, Wis., surrounded by her family. Christine was born January 22nd, 1931, in Texas, to the late Izora Mable Lewis and Roscoe Norway Adkins.
Christine enjoyed spending her time with family, attending bingo with her friends, and making crafts.
Christine is preceded in death by the love of her life, James Wasbotten; her brother, William; and sister, Patty. She is survived by her brother, Dale (Jaeleen); her children: Donald, TaJuana (Dennis), Debra, Anthony (LuAnn), and Tina (James); grandchildren: Denny, Jason, Trenna, Christy (Justin), Nicole (Kyle), Danielle, Nicholas, Toni, and Maggie; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; many nieces and nephews; and her dear friend, Kevin.
Services will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church in Duluth, Minn., on Friday, April 28th, at 1 p.m, with a reception to follow.
