She was the wife of Ralph L. Busler , who died February 19, 1997.
Born June 5, 1926, in York, she was the daughter of the late Anna (Williams) and Emerson J. Allison. Velma retired from Bon- Ton Potato Chips following 40 years of employment and was a former waitress at 'The Eagles' for 25 years.
She is survived by a brother, Emerson J. and his wife, Frances Allison of York; and a step-daughter, Patricia Thumma of York. A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.
