Jesse Ivan Anderson, 84, of Idaho Falls, died May 22, 2000.
He was born October 21, 1915, in Cannonville, Utah, to Oliver George and Saraphine Johnson Anderson. He lived a good and honorable life. He was true to his family, God and country. He served in the Navy, was a good father, and had high moral character. He was well rounded, showing aptitudes for science, the trades and business. He could build a boat as well as sing or play a musical instrument. He was raised in the red sandstone deserts of southern Utah in a large and loving family. He was industrious and never deviated from his responsibilities and loyalties.He will by missed by his friends and family who include his wife, Donna; brother, Kermit of Orem, Utah; and sister, Vilate (Fred) Oxborrow of Salt Lake City. Also surviving are children, Stanton (Bonnie) of Idaho Falls; Kelby (Janet) of Chicago, Illinois; and Ann (John) Ciorciari of Fairfield, Connecticut; and eight grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, Salt Lake City, on Saturday, May 27, at 11 a.m. Friends and family are invited to visit with the immediate family at 10 a.m. that morning.
Burial will take place in Junction, Utah.
