"N Reddell" of Dallas was the informant for her death certificate; this was sister Nettie Ilva Reddell who was a nurse at Dallas. The parents shown on the death certificate just had family names, not given names, and Bessie May's name was shown to be Mary Graham, not Bessie May Graham, yet the birth date was correct.
