Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Horton Methodist Church for Genevieve Mullenix of Whitmer who died last Wednesday morning while sitting in a chair at her Whitmer home.
Mrs. Mullenix who was the daughter of Isaac and Olive Barkley Cunningham was born on May 10, 1894 at Dry Fork.
Surviving is her husband, two sons, Ollie at home and Earl of Danville, VA; one daughter, Mrs. Mae Bennett, of Whitmer; three brothers, John and Elmer Cunningham, both of Whitmer, Audie Cunningham of St. Louisville, Ohio; four sisters, Mrs. Anna Lamb of Dry Fork, Mrs. Maude Bodkins of Glady, Mrs. Frances Mullenix of Whitmer and Mrs. Della Bodkins of Davis.
