LITTLE ROCK -- Seaborn Staton Sr., 87, of Little Rock, died Tuesday at St. Vincents Infirmary Medical Center here.
Born June 28, 1903, at Lonoke, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Marion Staton.
He was a retired employee of the Federal Housing Authority at Little Rock and a retired farmer.
Survivors include his wife, Modena Rollins Staton of Little Rock; five sons, Eugene Staton of Conway, Paul Staton and Gail Staton, both of Pine Bluff, and Ray Staton and Seaborn Staton Jr., both of Little Rock; four daughters, Ruth Grisham of Scott, Elsie Dixon of Little Rock, Martha Cantrell of Sheridan and Faye Brown of Mabelvale; 28 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Friday at Mulberry Cemetery at England, with the Rev. Paul Rice officiating. Arrangements were made by North Little Rock Funeral Home.
Visitation will be today at the funeral home from 6 to 9 p.m.
