April 22, 1963, in La Salle to
Wayne and Joanne (Volk) Ball.
She worked as a cook at Joy
& Ed's Supper Club in Utica.
Survivors are her mother,
Joanne Fleming of Ottawa; her
paternal grandmother, Emma
Worthington of Florida; one sister,
Julie (Dale) Reynolds of
Ottawa; one brother, Charles
(Kathy) Ball of Spring Valley;
her fiancé, James Sampson of
Utica; nieces and nephews; and
aunts and uncles.
Her father also died April 21
in Utica.
She was preceded in death by
her maternal grandparents,
paternal grandfather and one sister.
