A Danville native, Mrs. Esther M. McCormick, 66, 257 Montgomery Avenue, Montgomery, died in the Buffalo Valley Lutheran Village Home early Sunday morning.
Born March 29, 1909, at Danville R.D.3, she was a daughter of the late Jacob and Ida Hester Umstead. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Montgomery.
Survivors include her husband, Robert E. McCormick; one brother, John E. Umstead, Sunbury and two sisters, Mrs. Florence Adams, Exchange and Mrs. Martha Snyder, Montgomery.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday from the Snyder Funeral Home, 40 East Houston avenue, Montgomery, with her pastor, the Rev. William D. Leece, officiating.
Burial will follow in the Green Lawn Memorial Park, Montgomery R.D.2.
