A farmer, he was married to Elaine Travis.
Still a resident of Indian Mound, Zannie was 76 years old when he passed away on April 8, 2017 at Vanderbilt Medical Center.
He was preceded in death by his his parents, his son Jamie Milliken, brothers Charlie Milliken and Lewis Milliken and by his sisters Ocie (Milliken) Tyson, Imogene (Milliken) Austin and Nettie (Milliken) Heflin. Survivors included his wife; a married son; four daughters and three sons-in-law; a brother; three sisters; thirteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral Services were held at Anglin Funeral Home, and burial was in Dunbar Cemetery on Highway 46.
