At Belmont, near the tomb of Wilson Selden's first wife, his second wife Elizabeth A. Lee erected a tomb to the memory of her husband, who died in 1845. Her mother and father rest behind her husband. It is inscribed as follows:
"Sacred to the Memory of Wilson Cary Selden, Junior, Who departed this life on the 24th of March, 1845, aged forty-nine years."
