Jesse Noel. 72 years old, of Milton, died Wednesday afternoon after a brief illness. He was a retired employee of Crosley division of AVCO manfacturing corporation. Survivors include the widow, Haidee; four daughters. Mrs. Merle Pursiful of Connersville, Mrs. Arthur Palmer of Milton, Mrs. Ray Carty of Spiceland, and Miss Ola-dine Noel at home; four sons, Herbert of Cambridge City, Paul of Rushville, John of Milton, and Ora Willard at home; four sisters, Mrs. Scottie McCormick of Sanders, Ky., Mrs. Grace Best of Georgetown, Ohio. Mrs. Birdie Orcutt of Indianapolis, and Mrs. Gertie Kissie of Greenwood, Ind.; 16 grandchildren. Funeral services for Mr. Noel will be at 2 p. m. Saturday at the Fisher mortuary with Rev. Herbert Fitzpatrick of Calvary Baptist church of Connersville officiating. Burial will be in Valley Grove cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary after 6 p. m. Thursday.
