Cecil Colin Webb
Cecil Colin Webb, 78, of Marion, died Saturday, April 20, 2002 at his residence.
Born April 20, 1924 in Rutherford County to the late James Burton and Callie Gibson Webb, he was retired from Broyhill Furniture Company and was a member of West Court Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, for over 60 years, Odessa Higgins Webb; a daughter, Bonita Effler, and husband, Henry, of Marion; a son, Jerry Lee Webb, of Marion; a brother, Paul Ray Webb, of Charlotte; a sister, Alma Jean Bradley, of Shelby; two grandchildren: Travis Effler and Marie Williams; and three great grandchildren: Brittany, Haley and Slylar Williams.
Funeral services were held at 2:00 pm on Monday, April 22, 2002 at West Court Baptist Church. The Rev. Reid Cooper officiated and burial was in West Court Baptist Church Cemetery.
