Mr. and Mrs. James Cate of 2055 Oak street are the proud parents of a baby girl, born Sunday morning. The father is employed at the Electric Wheel Works, and the mother was formerly Miss Maggie Woods. There are now two girls and two boys in the Cate home.

Mrs. Margaret Cates, wife of James Cates, died at the family home, 2025 Oak street, Monday afternoon at 12:15 o'clock. Her death followed an illness of only a short time.
Mrs. Cates is survived by her husband, and four children: Viola, Nancy, Blanche, and an infant child one week old. Three sisters: Mrs. Annie Gilbert, Ida Gilbert and Elizabeth Gilbert, all of Quincy; and three brothers: John, James, and George Woods, all of Ellington township, also survive.

Mrs. James W. Cate died in the family home, 2955 Oak street, at 12:15 o'clock Monday afternoon, following a brief illness. She is survived by her husband, who is employed as a molder by the Electric Wheel company, and four children.
The children are Viola, Nancy, Blanche, and an infant child one week old. Three sisters: Mrs. Annie Gilbert, Ida Gilbert, and Elizabeth Gilbert, all of this city; and three brothers: John, James, and George Woods, all of Ellington township, also survive.
Funeral arrangements have not been made.
