She was born September 11, 1937, in Portland, IA, the daughter of Rex Lee and Susie Ethel Morris Billings.
She married Jimmy A. Tice April 13, 1957. He died February 24, 2017.
Helen worked as a bookkeeper at a jewelry store and for an accountant as well as a homemaker.
Survived by: two daughters, Vicki (Roger) Neessen and Penny Tice; brother, Glenn (Jean) Billings of Cape Coral, FL and many nieces and nephews.
Preceded by: three brothers, Wayne, Allen, and Lyle Billings and sister, Dorothy Green.
Services 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 7, 2017 at the Richardson Funeral Service in Cedar Falls, with inurnment in the Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens at a later date. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
