CURTIS SNOW OF MEXICO DIES; RITES THURSDAY
Services for Curtis C. Snow, 72 of 1621 N. Clark St., will be held Thursday at the First Church of the Nazarene. Burial will be in the Hillcrest Cemetery in Fulton under direction of Precht-Pickering Funeral Home.
Mr. Snow died Monday at Audrain Medical Center where he had been a patient for two days.
Mr. Snow was born Dec. 3, 1910 in Knox County, a son of Charles Orval and Myrtle (Bradford) Snow. He was married in Fulton on Jan. 29, 1932 to Bessie P. Martin who died Nov. 11, 1977.
Survivors include one son, Charles Dallas Snow of Mexico; three daughters, Mrs. Melvin (Lois) Hamilton and Mrs. Raymond (Linda) Oliver, both of Mexico, and Mrs. George (Shelbia) Hannum of Los Angeles, California; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild; five sisters, Velma Goodwin and Deloma Harrington of Edina, Dorothy Taylor of Crescent City, Florida, Leota Krawl of Atlanta, and Ruby Voyles of La Plata; four brothers, Ralph of St. Paul, Minnesota, Raymond of Bevier, Roger of Novelty, and Robert Lee Snow of Edina.
He was preceded in death by one daughter.
Mr. Snow was a retired employee of the maintenance department of Kaiser Refractories Co.. He was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene.
