Born March 14, 1912, in Palmyra, she was the daughter of the late Earl M. and Anna R. (Keller) Nye. She retired from Hershey Chocolate Corporation and was a member of Shope's United Methodist Church, Hummelstown. She was the widow of William H. Hocker and was also preceded in death by her daughter, Audrey Ann Hocker. Surviving are her son William H. Hocker, Jr., of Manassas, VA; granddaughters Kathleen Melita and Mary Beth Schwarz; and great-grandchildren Caitlin Schwarz and Connor Schwarz. Funeral Monday, January 29, at Buse Funeral Home, Hummelstown. Burial in Hershey Cemetery. [Harrisburg Patriot-News]
