Janet Elizabeth Gray Sacasky, 80, of Northport, New York, died Thursday, April 13, 2006, in Glen Cove Hospital, Glen Cove, New York.

She was born May 7, 1915 in White Rock, Pa., the daughter of the late Morris Gray and Isa Mae Hart Gray.

Janet was predeceased by her husband, Stanley Sacasky, one brother, Robert Gray and two sisters: Helen Jacobs and Edna Ingles.

Surviving are two children: Shirley Jane Patterson and her husband, James of Syosset, New York and Robert Sacasky and his wife, Karen of Amherst, Virginia; five grandchildren: Susan, Marianne, Kelly, Bobbi and Kathy; 11 great grandchildren; two sisters: Ethel Davis of Fairchance, Pa. and Beryle Tait of Republic, Pa and two brothers: David R. Gray and his wife, Emma of White Rock, Pa. and Samuel Gray of Gibbon Glade, Pa.

The family will receive friends in the GOLDSBORO-TOMI FUNERAL HOME, 21 East Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, April 18, 2006, until 10 a.m. the hour of service with the Rev. George W. McLaughlin officiating. Interment will follow in White Rock Cemetery, Georges Township, Pa.
