Washougal Resident Run Down When Walking on Right of Way.
Washougal, Wash., Dec. 1 - Jacob Surber, aged 40, a fisherman, was killed instantly here tonight by a passenger train. Surber was walking along the track when overtaken by the train.
He leaves a widow and daughter living here. An investigation will follow tomorrow.
