GERTRUDE ELIZABETH OXSHEER, age 70 of Alvin, Texas passed away Sunday, March 26, 2017 at Pearland Memorial Hospital. Gertrude was born February 2, 1947 in Nacogdoches, Texas and was a resident of Alvin for over 30 years. Gertrude is preceded in death by her parents, Frank, Sr. and Selma Oxsheer; brother, Frank Oxsheer, Jr. Gertrude is survived by her daughter Angela Evans and husband Allen; brothers, Pat Oxsheer, Mike Oxsheer and wife Linda; sister in law, Peggy Oxsheer; grandchildren, Ashton, Charmayne, Linda, Kendall and Caitlyn; great grandchildren, Eric, Colin, Landon, Lily; along with numerous other family and friends.

A Memorial Visitation will be held Sunday, April 2, 2017 from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. at Scott Funeral Home, with reception to follow 3-4:30p.m. at Alvin Volunteer Fire Dept. station #1 located at 302 W. House st. Alvin, Texas.
