Terney died Monday after being shot by a chase suspect. He was only 22 years old. In his free time Terney served as a volunteer firefighter in the Pittsburg County area. He loved the outdoors...hunting arrowheads, deer and ducks...he also loved to fish. And it's important to mention, he adored his dogs. He was a regular guy, who was proud to be a police officer. In fact, he'd always wanted to be one. Those who knew him were proud of him and grateful for him.
