Abraham Harlow Peeples, fought in the Mexican War, was a gold miner, rancher, indian fighter, one of the builder/owners of the Phoneix water canal system,and finaly a "high class salon owner,at one time he owned the town of Quartzside Az. He discovered "Rich Hill".The town of Peeples Valley Az. is named for him,as he was the first settler/rancher there. Many digntories attended his funeral. He is written up in many Arziona refrence books.
