PLYMOUTH – Merle Philbrick, 88, died at home March 21, 2017. He was born January 16, 1929 in Sanford, a son of Lester and Marion (Yeaton) Philbrick .
Merle worked for many years at General Electric in Somersworth, NH. He enjoyed gardening, antique tractors and cars.
He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Beverly (Wilmot) Philbrick; a son and wife Paul and Elaine; a daughter Nancy Jones; 4 grandchildren; 1 great great granddaughter; and his black cat Bear.
Burial will be in Forest Grove Cemetery, Sanford, in the spring. (Crosby & Neal, Newport)
