Donna was born on February 19, 1949 to Donald and Sevilla Harrington in Nevada, Missouri. She graduated from East High School in Cheyenne, Wyoming in 1967, and then attended x-ray technician school, permanently relocating to Fort Walton Beach shortly thereafter.
Donna is survived by her husband of 40 years, Frank, her sister Linda, two sons Jeff and Kris, five granddaughters, two nephews, and two nieces. She will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all for her kind nature, humor, and selflessness.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on March 24, 2017 at Emerald Coast Funeral Home with Reverend Clint Akins officiating. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service. Interment will take place at Beal Memorial Cemetery following the service.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Cancer Society in the name of Donna Slade.
