Born to Johann Georg Dürr and Maria Barbara, born Herzfer (according to her death record in Onolzheim). Baptized Anna Regina Dürr on July 3, 1828, in Ellrichshausen.

By Johann Georg "John" Bolz, Regina gave birth to Georg Andreas "Andrew" Bolz on February 11, 1853, in Onolzheim, without the benefit of clergy.

Regina married Georg Michael Riecker on 2 Aug 1859 in Onolzheim; and they had three children: Martin Fred Rieker, Rosa (Riecker) Hassler, and Jacob August Rieker. Husband Georg Michael died on March 1, 1863, in Germany.

Regina then married Johann Georg Friedrich "Henry" Glasbrenner (b. June 10, 1816, Großaltdorf, now part of Vellberg) on January 7, 1866, likewise in Onolzheim, claiming to have been born ten years earlier to the day (June 28, 1818) than when she married Georg Michael (June 28, 1828, as above), more closely matching each husband's age. They had three children: Barbara (Glasbrenner) Goetz, Regine Catherine "Kate" (Glasbrenner) Seyffer, and Henry Glasbrenner, Jr. Husband Henry died February 10, 1882.

Regina then married Johann Leonhard "John" Kornder (who was from the same region in Württemberg) on March 9, 1890, in Princeton, Illinois. John filed for divorce less than a year later, accusing Regina of infidelity with the recently widowed William Henry Endner, whom he claimed to have seen taking liberties with Regina, to which she reportedly did not object. Endner had been hired to do some carpentry work on John's house. Regina left John and, in response to his filing for divorce, filed for alimony, denying any infidelity and claiming that John was an abusive drunk. The initial filings for divorce and alimony were either dismissed or withdrawn. John then waited until Regina had been out of his home for two years and was granted divorce on December 8, 1892, on the basis of two years' abandonment. Regina was served with a summons but did not appear.

Her death certificate was issued in the name Regina Glasbrenner. She was buried on September 29, 1898, in the Saint John Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery west of Hollowayville. She had lived in Illinois for sixteen years.
