DANVERS, MA: Gregory F. Mullen, 61, of Bowdoinham passed away peacefully on Sunday March 19, 2017 at the Kaplin Family Hospice House in Danvers, MA with his loving wife at his side. He was born in Lisbon Falls on September 28, 1955 a son of the late Albert and Kathleen (Proctor) Mullen. He grew up in the Lisbon Falls area and attended local schools there. After high school, in 1974, he joined the United States Army and proudly served his country until his honorable discharge in 1977.
On December 31, 2000 he met and fell in love with Velvet Pitkin whom he later married on December 31, 2011, the same day they had met, at West Bowdoin Baptist Church. During that time, Greg had worked at various machine shops. He had been employed at Bath Iron Works as a machinist for the past several years.

Visiting hours will be held at Crosman Funeral Home on Sunday March 26, 2017 from 3-6pm. A funeral service will take place at West Bowdoin Baptist Church on Monday March 27, 2017 at 11am. Burial will be at a later date at Clough Cemetery in Lewiston. Arrangements are under the care of Crosman Funeral Home, Cremation and Monument Services 40 Main St. Lisbon Falls, 353-4951
