BISHOP, EUGENE "GENE," 85, of Louisville, passed away Saturday, November 17, 2012 at his home.
He was a land surveyor with the old Park Aerial Survey company and an Army veteran.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Annie Ruth Bishop.
Gene is survived by his daughter, Bridget Bishop Meyer (George), grandchildren, Amanda and Madison Meyer. The family would like to thank Elder Care for Families and Hosparus for their exceptional care.
A celebration of Gene's life will be conducted at noon, Wednesday, November 21, 2012 in the Chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road. Entombment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park Mausoleum. A visitation will be held 3-8 p.m. Tuesday, November 20, 2012.
