Nina Katherine Wilson Crites, age 88, of Russellville, died Sunday, March 19, 2017 at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center.
She was born January 6, 1929 in Pottsville to Henry and Zela Wilson.
She was a homemaker and active member of Baker's Creek Baptist Church.
Nina graduated from Russellville High School and worked at International Shoe Company where she met the love of her life J. D. Crites. They were married 51 years until his death in 1999.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, J. D. Crites; and a sister, Ina Maxwell.
Survivors include her daughter, Karen Crites of Russellville; her son, Stephen (Suzanne) Crites of Hot Springs, Arkansas; a granddaughter Amanda; a great-grandson, Luke; a sister, Bobbie Edwards of Dover; and her nephews, Gary Venable of Oklahoma, Mark Hlass of Dover, and Bob Hlass of Conway, and their loving families.
The funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at the Shinn Chapel with Bro. Chuck Sanders officiating.
Burial will be at Rest Haven Memorial Park and under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
Pallbearers are Gary Venable, Mark Hlass, Bob Hlass, Ricky Dollar, Michael Aldridge, and Eddie Ray.
