Raymond Hale McNeil was born on July 10, 1940 in Laurel County, Kentucky. Raymond departed this life on Saturday, March 18, 2017, being 76 years, 8 months and 8 days of age. He was the son of the late Elbert Givens and Eva McNeil and Dorothy Mae McMullin. He was united in marriage to Shirley Mae Bailey who preceded him in death.
He is survived by two children, Donna Blair and husband Troy and Givens McNeil and wife Deborah of London, and one brother, Samuel J. McMullin and wife Dana of London, a special friend, Elizabeth Gilbert, four grandchildren, Travis Blair, Tyler Craig, Shirley and Lily McNeil, three great grandchildren, plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
He was a retired truck driver and farmer and was a member of the Pittsburg Christian Church.
Burial will follow in A R Dyche Memorial Park in London.
