MONCKS CORNER - Donald Curtis "Donnie" Blanton, 55, of Moncks Corner, SC, a former quarryman, died Friday morning in a North Charleston hospital. His memorial service will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday afternoon, July 4, 2010, in the CHAPEL OF DIAL-MURRAY FUNERAL HOME, MONCKS CORNER. Friends may call at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m., until the hour of service on Sunday. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Changed Lives Ministry, 470 Reid Hill Road, Moncks Corner, SC 29461. Mr. Blanton was born January 1, 1955, in Moncks Corner, SC, a son of William Curtis Blanton, Jr. and Doris Eugenia Browder Blanton. He attended Santee Circle Community Church.
