Marguerite Perkins Marston
Shreveport, LA - Mrs. Marguerite Perkins Marston, 72, died at Schumpert Medical center on Friday, August 8, 1997 after a lengthy illness. Visitation will be held at Osborn Funeral Home on Sunday, August 10, beginning at 5 p.m. followed by a vigil service at 7 pm. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. on Monday, august 11, in the chapel of Osborn Funeral Home. Officiating will be Father Charles Glorioso of St. John Berchmans Cathedral. Interment will follow at Forest Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Marston was a native of Corsicana, TX. She was an artist and retired after 20 years as an art teacher as Rusheon Junior High School.

Mrs. Marston was preceded in death by her husband, James Gray Marston, Jr. She is survived by one duahger, Mary Ollette Marston, one son, James Gray Marston,III and wife, Anne; two grandchildren, Caroline Goodman Marston, James Gray Marston, IV; one sister, Ollette Omedelena; one brother, Robert Benson.

Pallbearers will be N. C. McGowen, III, Ardis Almond, Robert McGowen, Keith Norwood, Dr. Robert Goodman, Gene Hilliard, III.

The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Dianna Weller.
