Isaiah Durham is the seventh child of James Durham and Dorinda Warner. He was born in Casey County , Kentucky on February 2, 1832.

In the summer of 1852, on July the first, Isaiah married his first cousin Naomi Durham, who was born on October 20, 1832. She also was known as Meomy and she is the daughter of John Isaac Durham and his first wife Nancy Lucas.

Naomi and Isaiah had nine children and she passed away on December 27, 1877 and is buried in the Durham Cemetery .

Two years later, on November 20, 1879, Isaiah married Lucretia Durham. She is the half-sister to Naomi and is the child of John Issac Durham and his second wife Margaret Hopper. Lucretia was also born in Casy County, Kentucky on November 19, 1844.

Isaiah and Lucretia had four children and she passed away on July 30, 1913 and is buried at the Salyers Cemetery.

Sadly ...Isaiah out-lived both his wives and passed away on December 23, 1915 and is buried beside his first wife Naomi in the Durham Cemetery in Mt. Olive, Casey County, Kentucky.
