Bev was born December 26, 1947 in Bloomington, IL the daughter of Ernest E. and Louise P. McConkey Kingdon. She married Kenneth E. Emberton on February 15, 1969 in Bloomington, IL. He survives.

Bev is preceded in death by her parents and her sister ,Connie Stevens.
Bev worked at Eureka Williams after she graduated from high school for several years retiring in 1993. She and Ken enjoyed the outdoors, they loved camping and fishing. She had a love for animals especially, Frosty, Pepper, Skeeter and Sparky. She was a loving wife, sister, sister in law and aunt, she will be missed by all who knew her.
