Kotzie was born July 17, 1941 in Mt. Vernon, IN to the late Leonard and Catherine (Moran) Eickhoff. She had worked for the EVSC in the cafeteria of Daniel Wertz School. Kotzie was a graduate of FJ Reitz High School and an avid supporter of the school and the Big Blue Boosters. She was also a volunteer with the United Way and enjoyed walking.
Surviving Kotzie are a daughter, ; three sons,a sister, Mary (Byron) Damm of Evansville; five brothers, ; nine grandchildren, four great grandchildren;
In addition to her parents, Kotzie was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Kenneth L. Minor in 2007; by two sisters, Barbara Goldsworthy and Shirley Thompkins and by a brother, Sam Eickhoff.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, March 13, 2017 at Pierre Funeral Home, Rev. Terry Gamblin officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.
Friends may visit with the family on Sunday from 1:00 until 6:00 P.M. at Pierre Funeral Home, 2601 W. Franklin Street.
