MILITARY RECORD
Received a B.S. Degree from the United States Military Academy in 1918, and graduated from the following schools of the United States Army: Engineer School, Civil Engineer Course in 1923, Company Commanders' Course in 1927. Served from June 1918 until December 1941, and again from May 1948 until June 1953, when he retired.
Served in World War II and Korea.
In between his Army careers, he was Supervising Engineer for the Aircraft Industry, 1942-1945; and Industrial Rehabilitation Engineer for the United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration in China in 1946. Instructor and Assistant Professor of General Engineering at Allentown Center of Pennsylvania State University.
