WOLCOTT– David Lasher, 69, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday (March 5, 2017) with his family by his side. A celebration of life will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday (March 11, 2017) at the Wolcott American Legion. David was born November 20, 1947 in Sodus, N.Y. the son of the late Melvin and Ruth Kesto-Lasher. He was a graduate of the Class of '65 Leavenworth Central School. He owned and operated Wolcott Septic Service. He enjoyed the outdoors; hunting, fishing and golfing.
He is survived by his son, Michael (Deb) Lasher of Seneca Falls; girlfriend, Mindey MacDougall; grandsons Kyle and Ty Lasher; a sister, Joyce (Pete) Gillette of Wolcott; a brother, Richard Lasher of North Rose; several nieces, nephews and cousins. David was preceded in death by two brothers Kenneth and Melvin Lasher; and sister-in-law, Star Lasher.
