Funeral Services for Rev. J. D. Brumley, 90, of Milburn, Oklahoma will be held on Friday, March 10, 2017 at 2:00 p. m. in the Herb Clark Memorial Chapel in Tishomingo, Oklahoma with Brother Ken Angel officiating. Interment will follow in the Condon Grove Cemetery. Brother Brumley passed away on March 8, 2017 at the Blue River Health Care facility. Brother Brumley was born on December 6, 1926 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to John Brumley and Ada (Worley) Brumley. He married Betty Gennoe on July 7, 1947 in Reno, Nevada and they moved to Johnston County in 1974. Brother Brumley served at many Churches of God in his 55 years as a minister. He also had done some work as a machinist. He was preceded in death by his parents; two infants; and two sons, Steven Wayne Brumley and Andrew Jay Brumley.
