Nancy Lamberson
Nancy Lamberson, age 74 of New Castle, passed away Wednesday July 17, 2013, at the Integris Southwest Medical Center in OKC. Nancy Carolyn East was born October, 9, 1938 in Arkoma, OK., the third child born to Milton Alonzo East, Sr. and Genevieve Della (Caudie) East. She was raised primarily in Monett, Mo. and attended school there, graduating from Monett High School in 1956.
She later married Ralph Lamberson in 1958, and together they raised a daughter, Teresa, in her younger years she worked in the banking business and later as a secretary from her home alongside her husband in their homebased insurance company. She retired after more than
20 years of dedicated service.
Throughout her life Nancy has lived in Kentucky, Missouri, and Oklahoma. She retired in 2003 to be close to her daugther and family. Nancy was a devoted Chritian. She spent Countless
hours reading her Bible. and greatly enjoyed old time gospel singing. For the past 13 years Nancy has faithfully served at the First Baptist Church in Newcastle. Nancy cherished her family and especially looked forward to babysitting her grandson, Tyler.

She was preceded in death by: Her parents: Milton Sr. and Genevieve and her sister Beverly
Webb.
Nancy leaves behind her daughter Teresa Hopper and her husband, Robert of New Castle, Her Sister, Pat Nicholson and husband Larry of Buffalo, MO, Her brother, Milton East Jr. and wife Salem of Tulsa, OK, Her good friend, Carl Vanderburg of New Castle and a host of other family and friends.
