Omer P. Frame
A former resident of South Charleston, Omer P. Frame, 76, of Jacksonville. Fla., died Saturday at his home after a long illness.
Mr. Frame was a native of Braxton County. He had served as a clerk for the City of South Charleston before going to Florida two years ago. He was a member, of Gassaway Methodist Church and the Charleston Masonic Lodge No. 153.
He also formerly was actuary for the State Department of Compensation.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. L. L. Beebe of Emerson, N. J.: a son, Dr. Eugene Frame of Jacksonville; and six grandchildren.
The body will arrive at Snodgrass Funeral Home in South Charleston tomorrow morning.
