Frank was born at home at South Broadway and Jefferson Ave. to Alfred and Alva Belleville. He married Saundra Long in November of 1960 and together they had four children. He was a Teamster and drove for Hogan Trucking for many years. Upon death his ashes were scattered on the Huzzah Creek, a place he loved to be in life. We miss you, Dad.
