Arlene was born October 8, 1930 to George and Mary Weaver. Arlene loved spending time with her family and friends. She was active in Hay River Lutheran Church all her life. She sang in the church choir, made quilts for Lutheran World Relief, and belonged to the Plainview committee group. She enjoyed her Plainview homemaker group.
Arlene is survived by her husband of 26 years, James Koeneman, six children: Constance (Paul) Dicks, Gary (Mavis) Anderson, Rita Anderson, Judith (Randy) Albricht, Brian (Annette) Anderson, and David (Mary) Anderson; three step-children: David Koeneman, Ellen (Keith) Everly, and Rhonda (John) Scherz.
Grandchildren: Corey Dicks, Joseph Dicks, Travis (Marie) Dicks; Chrystal (Craig) Trettin, Kimberly (Ryan) Shipley, Kari (John) Weissinger, Kaylie Anderson; Heather (Nathan) Carl, Jonathan (Brittany) Koch, and Carissa Koch; Justin (Nicole) Albricht, Jody Albricht, Karyn (Matt) Ryba; Nichole (Nicholas) Staack, Russell Anderson; Brittany Anderson, Trevor (Chelsea) Anderson; Laura Koeneman and Daniel Koeneman; Nathaniel (Leora) Scherz, Steven (Carly) Scherz.

A Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 4, 2017 at Hay River Lutheran Church. There will be visitation from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at the church. Burial will take place at the church cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Hay River Lutheran Church women’s group.
