Mary Elizabeth Jones, 83, of Savannah, died Thursday, Jan 13, 2005 at Westview Convalescent Center, under the care of Hospice Savannah, Inc. She was born in Bulloch County, GA., but had lived most of her life in Savannah. She worked for the US Army Corps of Engineers, as a Secretary, for many years, and was a member of NARFE, and a Communicant of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. She is survived by several nephews, William Jones, and Bobby Jones both of Savannah, GA.;two nieces, Pat Jackson of Richmond Hill, GA., and Brenda Olson of Washington, DC; and an extended family including Latrelle Richter of Savannah, GA; Carolyn and Johnnie Moore, Frances Moore, Karen Bragg, and Joseph Moore. Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Friday at the Hubert C. Baker Funeral Home. Rosary Service: 7 p.m. in the Chapel of the Hubert C. Baker Funeral Home. Funeral Services: 11 a.m. Saturday in the Chapel of the Hubert C. Baker Funeral Home - Hodgson Memorial Chapel, with interment in Hil lcrest Abbey Memorial Park.
