Son of Nathaniel Burbank and Mary Durgin.. Married (1) ??(from Prince records) Married (2) about 1831 Jerusha Thompson... 2 children by first wife.. 5 children by Jerusha.. Capt. State Militia and possibly War of The Lakes(War of 1812).. Moved from Vermont, through Bradford County PA. to Potter County PA. around 1857.. All 4 sons and at least one son-in-law served Civil War...Youngest 2 sons died during that conflict.. Said to of died at oldest daughter, Phebe Burbank Prince's home and buried with her family but this is incorrect as there in no space near the Prince lot even for one of their sons or for one of the Burbank's Grandsons who died later on.. Lot this cemetery always called Sutherland/ Burbank and even though oldest son is buried here it is believed(Rev. Dietze records) Moses and Jerusha are also buried here...Prince records for the East Sharon area do not mention Phebe's "parents" and alludes to some issues between Jerusha and her "step-children" so it would not seem likely to have them buried there...
