Vicki was born in Fort Valley, GA and was the first child of Mr & Mrs Lester Jackson. She and her husband lived in Cadiz, KY. She retired from a career teaching special education students in the Trigg County school system. Vicki had three sons, a step-son and a step-daughter, 10 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. She was pre-deceased by her youngest son, James Phillip "Jamie" Likens.
