Mr. Dow was born Feb. 22, 1902, in Vernal, Utah, a son of Dwight and Mary Hadlock Dow. He married Rosetta Taylor on April 14, 1924, in Salt Lake City.
He was a painter and decorator. He was an elder in the LDS Terrace Second Ward and member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles.
Surviving are his widow, a son, and two daughters, Floyd E. Dow, Mrs. David F. (Elaine) Taylor and June Dow, all of Ogden; six grandchildren, four brothers, and two sisters, Donnell, Richard, and Lloyd Dow, Mrs. Leora Murray, all of Vernal; Raymond Dow, Louisville, KY.; Mrs. Lorna Pidcock, Ogden.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. in the Larkin Chapel by Bishop Percy M. Hess. Friends may call at the mortuary tomorrow from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday until services. Burial in Washington Heights Memorial Park.
