She was a lifelong resident of Norfolk, lately at 8803 Semmes Ave., Commodore Park. She was a daughter of Phillip M. and Louise Staylor Mordica.
She was a member of Wesley Memorial Methodist Church and its Ladies Wesley Bible Class. She was a charter member of the Ladies Auxiliary to the Maccabees.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. E.C. Johnston and Mrs. O.F. McCoy; two sisters, Mrs. Joseph Rowland and Mrs. Fred Jones; and one grandson, William F. McCoy, all of Norfolk.
A funeral service will be held at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home at a time to be announced. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
